Ventilation – Planned Maintenance

There are many important reasons to have your ventilation equipment regularly maintained. Regular maintenance maximizes the efficiency and lifespan of your equipment.

It also provides a valuable snapshot of how your equipment is functioning, letting you more effectively track, forecast and control costs. With Enviro-Tech Mechanical it’s all about doing the right amount of maintenance at the right time.

A planned maintenance agreement with us ensures you benefit from these advantages and more. These services are fully customizable to suit your particular needs and supported by our unique Planned Maintenance Program (PMP). This rating system involves tagging and coding each piece of equipment so you can quickly see where your equipment falls in its lifecycle. This personalized PMP helps you set budgets while ensuring this equipment is maintained for optimal performance and longevity. It’s also a helpful reference when making a service call.

We also offer accessories designed to protect your equipment, such as our powerful grease guard system. Designed to fit a large variety of kitchen exhaust fans, grease guard systems repel rainwater and absorb grease so you can avoid costly roof repairs, unnecessary liability and other hazards.

We take pride in going beyond the regular scope of work in our industry with every planned maintenance agreement. With this agreement, our technicians will do all necessary maintenance work from supplying filters for ecology systems and UV system maintenance, to changing bulbs and belts – everything needed to ensure your exhaust system is always functioning at optimal levels.

“It has been my experience over the last three years within your industry that Enviro-Tech is the company to be measured against, and this goes for all of Canada. The dedication to customer service starts with Peter and Nick and filters through the whole company. Earl’s has chosen to mirror the PMP program that Enviro-Tech has put together in all our regions; it is the profile we expect from all service providers in this industry.”– Leslie Burns, Energy Manager, Harmony Group (Earl’s Restaurants Ltd.)
